together to revive the BELVOIR HUNT CAKE.
Baked in a Farmhouse Kitchen, where they produce 7
- 8000 fruit cakes a year for Fortnum & Mason
and other top outlets, this dark, moist rum cake is
made using flour from a local windmill, free range
eggs, fresh butter, dark muscovado sugar, the very
best fruit and nuts and lashings of dark, aromatic
rum.
