| Quite why these people were out is beyond us! Maybe rags have rights! It seems more likely that it is good for their self-importance although this did not impress a local lady out exercising on her bicycle who wondered quite why the charms of this Kentish valley should be sullied by combat-geared folk wearing balaclavas!  |
