Entries Close Tuesday 18th March 2008
Riders may only ride the course once. No substitution of rider allowed. Requests to ride together, for an early or late start must be included with the entry form. Due to the administrative work involved such requests should be made well before the closing date. Starting times will be between 10am and 3pm.
Please note that you must declare at least 45 minutes before your start time.
Please let the secretary know as soon as possible if, having entered you are not able to take part as there is always a waiting list and your 'slot' can then be re-allocated.
A postcard with starting times will be sent by 22nd March. This card MUST be presented at declaration.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is the responsibility of each rider. Riders must gaurantee, as a condition of entry, to settle the amount on the form. A minimum sponsorship of £10 is required. Those riders pledging the minimum must settle on the day - others must settle by April 30th 2008.
Sponsorship is in addition to the Entry Fee.
